Easy, Crispy Air Fryer Broccolini

Jump to Recipe

This air fryer broccolini is quick and easy to prepare on busy weeknights! The air fryer cooks broccolini to crispy perfection in just 7 minutes. Serve with some air fryer blackened chicken or add it to lemony pasta for a healthy and delicious weeknight meal.

After 10-plus-hour days away from home, the last thing I desire is to spend over an hour cooking, especially when it's already past 8 pm by the time I begin dinner most evenings. Most weeknights, I look to my air fryer for a quick meal, and this air fryer broccolini is one of my favorite GO-TO sides.

I like to prepare this broccolini SUPER SIMPLE style. Just wash and dry the broccolini, add to the air fryer, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Then, I serve it with fresh lemon wedges to bump up the flavor. So good.
