  • 1 bunch Broccolini
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • pinch Kosher Salt
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper to taste
  • ½ wedge Lemon for serving

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the broccolini. Add to the air fryer, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Air fry at 370F for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
    Serve with fresh lemon wedges or add suggested garnishes (see notes below).

Notes

Topping ideas:

  • Sweet and salty: Sprinkle feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes or dried cranberries, and pine nuts over the top for added flavors and textures.
  • Add fresh herbs like basil, parsley, tarragon, or dill for a lemon herb broccolini.
