Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F. Chop and cook bacon over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and reserve on a plate lined with a paper towel until ready to use. Cover and warm the chicken in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and reserve.
Slice slider buns in half and add to a sheet pan, bottom side up, top side down (see post above for photos). Add a layer of shredded chicken to the bottom buns, about 1 ounce per slider. Top the chicken with the sliced cheddar cheese, then top with chopped cooked bacon. Don't skimp on the bacon!
In a microwave-safe dish, melt the butter and garlic powder in the microwave and brush a thin layer on the top of the slider buns. Bake the sliders for 7-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the top of the buns are toasted.
Remove from oven, drizzle the bacon side with ranch dressing (add fresh herbs if desired), and top with the toasted slider bun tops. Using a spatula, carefully transfer to a cutting board, slice into individual siders, and serve with more ranch dressing on the side for dipping.

Tips and Tricks for Extra Tasty Sliders
Make homemade ranch dressing: Making ranch dressing from scratch elevates these sliders and adds lots of extra flavor. Check out this restaurant ranch dressing recipe.
Crispy bacon adds texture: The cheese, chicken, and slider buns all have a soft texture. To create textural contrast, make sure your bacon is extra crispy, but not burned.
Don't overload the sliders: Use about 1 oz of chicken per slider. Too much chicken can make the slider soggy.
Use fresh herbs to reinforce ranch flavor: Adding fresh herbs as a garnish, like dill and chives will make the ranch flavor shine.
