Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 Cup Sugar Snap Peas slivered on the diagonal
  • ½ Cup Fresh Strawberries sliced
  • ¼ Cup Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Sunflower Seeds roasted and salted
  • Sprinkle Fennel Pollen optional but amazing
  • tablespoon Olive Oil
  • tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry produce. Slice strawberries and snap peas.
  • In a large bowl combine: spinach, snap peas, strawberries, goat cheese, sunflower seeds, fennel pollen (if using), salt and pepper. Drizzle with the olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  • Toss to combine. Divide between plates. Top with more sunflower seeds if desired. Serve with love and enjoy!
