Spicy BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz ketchup good quality
  • cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon dried mustard
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon coconut aminos or worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chipolte Tabasco (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoon Tapatio (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon regular tabasco (or to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a sauce pan and heat over medium heat. Stir constantly while the sauce starts to boil.
  • Once boiling, reduce heat to low and over mostly with a lid leaving a small crack for the steam to escape. 
  • Let simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Allow sauce to cool then store in an air tight container with a lid.
  • Will last for up to 7 days.
